微信小游戏跳一跳被指抄袭 玩法画面酷似《欢乐跳瓶》
【九游报道】1月3日消息，近期最火的手游不是《荒野行动》，也不是火遍大江南北的《王者荣耀》，而是新版微信中退出的小游戏《跳一跳》。从年前到现在，身边的男男女女们谈论的游戏是这个，朋友圈里刷榜的是这个，甚至每天吃完饭的饭后运动都改成了“跳一跳”。
这样一款红得发紫的手机小游戏近日却被网友指出游戏内容与之前推出的小游戏《欢乐跳瓶》极度相似，游戏整体的玩法一致，只不过《跳一跳》中将“着陆点”的桌椅换成了快递盒等新兴事物，这么看来微信的借鉴之名是很难洗脱了。
的这个举动再次引起了网友们的热议，在之前就在网络上“山寨”各种游戏，并通过自身庞大的用户群体和影响力将更多的玩家拉拢到自家门下，从而搞垮了一个又一个小型游戏公司。虽然近些年凭借着优秀的研发实力开发出了不少经典佳作，网友们也渐渐的将“抄袭”、“山寨”等名号抛之脑后，但《跳一跳》的火爆让再度被扣上了“抄袭”的帽子。
游戏抄袭一直难以界定，单纯的玩法和画面相似，而没有使用游戏内具体的造型和名称似乎也无法构成抄袭，近期遭受抄袭的还有《和班尼特福迪一起攻克难关》这款游戏，在手机平台上涌现了一大波类似作品，但是游戏作者却十分冷噤，认为面对山寨与抄袭只能鄙视与斥责，但是这也是无可奈何的事情，没什么大不了。看来游戏这个新兴事物的的知识产权还需要进一步引起我们的关注，今后才能够更好的保护游戏作者们的利益。（潘达）
